Although we primarily work with children and young people, Jennifer Warwick works closely with her colleague’s Julia Avnon and Dr. Rachael McCarthy to provide assessment and support for Autistic adults. Jennifer and Julia have worked together for many years and also work together at Anna Freud Centre and Jennifer and Rachael worked together in the NHS and later at London Child Development Clinic.

They provide a neuro inclusive approach and aim to support adults in understanding their neurodivergence and making practical work placed adjustments.
